Wonderful, polite, friendly staff. Kerry was fantastic in figuring out why my progressive lenses were giving me trouble. Heck, I even got called “young man”, that doesn’t happen every day!
This location is testing out a robotics system that performs eye exam with virtual technicians and doctors who are able to video call in and remotely control the lenses with the assistance of one technician at the store. The experience is pretty cool. Their staff is friendly and helpful at suggesting frames as well.
I had a nice experience getting glasses at Warby Parker. There were many options of frames to choose from. It was easy to look at all the options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
