The staff and Manager at WP Natick Mall are fantastic. I’ve had problems with my glasses(due to prescription changes and eye issues) and they have gone above and beyond to help me. Always super nice and professional.
I enjoy picking my glasses out at Warby Parker. I like the selection of glasses— it is just right. It’s a good balance of classic & modern styles. The service in Natick is excellent. My glasses have worn well. I like the color selections, too. I don’t find shopping at Warby Parker overwhelming like other eye glass stores. Everyone in my family gets their glasses at Warby Parker.
