We absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone is so patient, kind, and helpful. Even though we moved quite far from Waltham, we will still continue going there for our eye care needs because it's just a very special place that we won't be able to find a substitute for.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service. Good selection of frames. The Sunglasses I ordered were ready ahead of time. I will be returning to Bay State Eye .
