I walked into Good Look Optical with frames that were out of whack from me sitting on them. I did not purchase the glasses from Good Look and expected to pay for the repair, if they could be repaired. The owner fixed them in a few minutes and did not charge me. She was lovely and I will go back there when I need new glasses.

Just dropped by with three issues needing attention.Audrey was wonderful, exceedingly helpful, and I was in and out in a very short time.Happy to have found her shop, and will highly recommend to all!

Stopped by spontaneously in the hopes of getting some help with a set of prescription glasses. I had gone to my local "Crafty Lens" franchise (you know what I'm talking about!) and got a set of progressives. They were distorted and miserable but I didn't know why. Audrey took a few measurements on-site and diagnosed the issue immediately. They were low-quality optics, and were improperly ground for the frames which created a blurry and fatiguing wearing experience.
