I had a great experience at this location! Jai was very personable and welcoming, and helped me with getting a good deal on my contacts.
Dr. Edward was very thorough, knowledgable, and helpful during my appointment. She fielded many of my questions about my eyes with patience and detail.
Both Jai and Dr. Edward also helped me navigate my insurance questions (which I knew very little about)! Overall a great experience.
These people helped me get my lenses correct after there was a problem with a prior pair. They even helped me after with adjustments. I'd give them six stars if I could. Or make a second account to leave another review. Watertown (MA) Target Optical is 💯
Hello,
I am not sure you understood my message. I have a serious issue with my order!
It appears that my prescription may have been placed incorrectly, regarding the color of the eyeglasses model I chose. If possible, I need to confirm the color of the model I ordered before the wrong frames are used for my order; # 1018543019710, placed on May 25, 2026.
My receipt states 0GO1048, BLK MAT; which appears to designate a black matte frame, whereas the model I requested is a deep blue. Since your employees cannot pick up the phone when customers call, I was hoping to contact your store on this thread before the order goes through.
