“I popped by, without much hope, to ask whether they would fix two pairs of glasses that I had done abroad. All major optometry chain shops in the area declined, telling me that they're not responsible for glasses they hadn't sold themselves. To my surprise, a very nice gentleman at Focal Point agreed to fix both pairs at NO cost and it all happened within 2 minutes. Incredible service and I was extremely grateful.“
