Every time I walk in, he greets me with a smile and genuine kindness. I’ve had numerous pairs of glasses made here, and he has never tried to upsell me or overcharge me. It’s just not that kind of place.

“I popped by, without much hope, to ask whether they would fix two pairs of glasses that I had done abroad. All major optometry chain shops in the area declined, telling me that they're not responsible for glasses they hadn't sold themselves. To my surprise, a very nice gentleman at Focal Point agreed to fix both pairs at NO cost and it all happened within 2 minutes. Incredible service and I was extremely grateful.”
