“Hello,
I am not sure you understood my message. I have a serious issue with my order!

It appears that my prescription may have been placed incorrectly, regarding the color of the eyeglasses model I chose. If possible, I need to confirm the color of the model I ordered before the wrong frames are used for my order; # 1018543019710, placed on May 25, 2026.

My receipt states 0GO1048, BLK MAT; which appears to designate a black matte frame, whereas the model I requested is a deep blue. Since your employees cannot pick up the phone when customers call, I was hoping to contact your store on this thread before the order goes through.
