I got the last three pairs of glasses from Newton Eye Care, and have been completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The glasses are perfect and very comfortable.
Dr. Chen is very patient and professional. She taught my 7-years old boy to wear Orth-K lense on the very first day. She encouraged him to do it independently in the office and eased the tension of wearing it at home (I heard many of my friends' kids are very refused to wear that. I guess they didn't have a good experience at the beginning). Deeply appreciate what Dr. Chen did!
I am new patient of Newton Eye Care, recently move to the area. My first appointment was scheduled fast. Dr. Cheng and her assistant were friendly, professional, and very attentive. I was given plenty of time to select new glass frames and got useful style suggestions. I'd also like to thank Dr. Cheng for going the extra mile to contact supplier about availability of the glass frame I like in a different color. I am very glad that I found this place and recommended it to my family.
