Dr. Phamduy always delivers phenomenal service! He is very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and he loves his patients. Nathan helped me select my frames and was so patient as I tried on 12 of my selections. Ultimately, I chose the one he selected for me. He has a trained eye and lovely aesthetic. Nicole did the pre-check and she was so friendly and efficient. I’ve been coming here for many years and recommend it highly.

I visited Harvard Square Eye care for a long overdue eye exam. From my initial call to book the appointment, to online check-in, to the exam itself, everyone and everything was handled with a friendly professionalism that many businesses couldn't touch. The optometrist I saw took the time to explain all the procedures and the results in a clear and relevant manner. I broke my eye glasses and needed new lenses as soon as possible, this Belmont team not only has equipment to repair glasses but the team that provides swift, warm, and customized care. It’s a rare to find a store open until 6 or 7 pm for working adults. The staff were knowledgeable and remembers clients by name.
