“First, I love Dr. Mercuri! Next I love Lisa! I had learned that I could have Dr. Mercuri fill out a MA RMV form with prescription that I could bring with me to the RMV for my license renewal. From beginning to end of the process of getting the form to Dr. Mercuri, following up when it got held up in the mail, having Dr. Mercuri fill out another form, calling me when she saw that I had not picked up the second form, which I had not picked up as I had said I would.
