I previously purchased glasses from Warby Parker. After maybe a year and a half the frame needed adjusting: the temples/arms were loose, and the nose pads were bent and discolored. I went to the Dedham Legacy Place store and Ian fixed everything while I waited (no charge) and I felt like I had a new pair of glasses. I will get my next pair there, and highly recommend them.
I had an excellent experience here. The staff were friendly and efficient, handled my questions well, and walked me through the process smoothly. Selection of frames was great, and they offered and explained options well and answered all my questions. I’d happily go there again.
What a great and improved change from the usual eye exam and getting new glasses!! Modern technology making eye drops obsolete. Great variety of glasses to choose from. Staff are caring and kind and super prompt professional and pleasant. I walked out thinking I was sweating that??? No reason here. This is the place to go now and whenever. Choose Warby Parker
