This was my first experience with Target optical in Westwood, and I could not be happier. I had both regular eyeglass and contact lens exams, and Dr. Lee was one of the best doctors I have gone to in my 50 years of optometrist visits. She was so thorough and actually took the time to explain my contact lenses and then had me come back for a proper fitting.
Nathan was extremely helpful with terrific customer service skills. He assisted me in picking my glasses and thoroughly reviewed pricing through insurance to get me the best deal. I ended up purchasing prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contacts on a Wednesday. I picked up my glasses 2 days later. Wonderful!

One of the nose pieces on my glasses went missing, and when I asked if they sold those there, instead Nathan replaced it and did other adjustments for free, even though I was just shopping there and am not a patient. I’ll remember this kindness the next time I am in the market for new glasses.
