Dave the Surveyor was immediately available and super helpful. He took the time to explain the oil furnace system, tiger loop, and different tank options. He gave me a quote during his visit so I didn’t have to wait. The women at the office were able to schedule me within a week so I had no worries on waiting. “This review is for an annual maintenance done in September 2025 for mini splits by Daniel Ruiz. He arrived on time, neat and very thorough. Made sure to wear booties inside the house and communicated well with us. He made sure everything was working perfectly and draining properly through our gutters. The one year old compressor had some insulation already splitting so he taped and secured it with some zip ties and took photos of the 12 year old compressors’ insulation that is disintegrating to get a quote to replace. Awaiting company to respond. Daniel is very experienced and highly recommend him.“

“Our project was extensive, involving changing over from boiler, radiant heating, and multiple air conditioning units to a four heat-pump based system. We interviewed five different companies, and chose Lohrman due to an overall gestalt of competency, competitive pricing, and prior customer feedback.

Lohrman HVAC truly exceeded expectations and here is why:
1) Service: Today we needed a service call, which we placed at 7am, and at 8am a representative was at our door. The problem was fixed an hour later and they are coming back this afternoon to do additional work to make sure the problem doesn't recur.
2) Efficiency: They made a plan, executed it, all within the time frame delineated. Awesome!
3) Dependability: They arrived on time each day, cleaned up and left on time, leaving us with a chance to live normally with workmen in the house.
