Just had a service call from Tom G. I am rating this review as a 5 star review. To is a great Pro, identified and fixed our immediate problem with high level professionalism. He took the time to explain some further down the line potential problems as well. I fully recommend him to all Townsend Customers.
Great experience having our furnace serviced by Joe from Townsend!
I hired Townsend to install a heat pump and mini splits in my home and my experience couldn't have been better. From building out an estimate, to scheduling, to the install, everyone interacted with made the process as stress-less as it could be. Communication was clear, transparent, and patient. Everything was installed perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with my new system! Huge thank you to Jason, Melissa, Kristy, Dave, Aron and everyone else who was involved. Great team to work with and I highly recommend them!
