Feb 29, 2025 Just had a service call from Tom G. I am rating this review as a 5 star review. To is a great Pro, identified and fixed our immediate problem with high level professionalism. He took the time to explain some further down the line potential problems as well. I fully recommend him to all Townsend Customers.

Sarah was very helpful is setting up auto delivery for my late mother-in-lew's property.The only reason I can't give 5 is we had thought this was set up over the summer (before she passed), but I didn't receive the forms needed to do so (and didn't realize I needed them)

An all around great company to deal with. I took a long time choosing a new propane provider, then Townsend bought that company a month later. Needless to say I was nervous as to what would happen to me as a seasonal user, especially after having taken months to choose a new company. Well, the transition went very smoothly, starting with a letter they sent stating they'd honor all existing agreements and we should not be concerned. Townsend has certainly kept their word. I highly recommend this company. Prices for seasonal delivery I think are higher, but I can understand the reasoning behind that and believe most companies are competitive in their rates.
