Installation of a Bosch heat pump system to replace an ice damaged traditional A/C system. Mike M. saw through the whole process and insured proper integration and Nest settings for this new system that includes a pre-exisitng Trane gas furnace for heat backup. So far everything is working perfectly. Pricing was not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive, as some quotes were close to two times that of Super Service Today. Thank you!
I recently had a furnace issue that needed immediate attention. I called super service and they were able to dispatch a technician within the hour. The technician, CJ, was able to quickly identify the problem and provide me with solutions on how to move forward. Highly recommend their service specialists as they are professional, timely and knowledgeable!
The person who came to my house (Charles C) was fantastic, knowledgeable and patient.
Overall, I was a little surprised. I called the number of a local plumber that did not make clear on their website that they were affiliated in any way with Super Service Today, but ended up being connected to SST. The system that SST uses seems rather Byzantine, and Charles did a good job of walking me through what was happening, but it was much more of a production that when Tretherway Brothers would show up and handle issues when I lived in Roslindale.
It ended up costing $330 just to get the water to the shower shut of and the handle taken apart, and will over $1000...read full review
