Stephen not only cleaned out my heat pump, but he found A LOT of problems while working on my unit (enough to reduce my Eversource bill significantly). He and his brother, Kevin (two of the friendliest, most salt-of-the-earth guys) also reinstalled a thermostat that was put in improperly. It was the kind of business I wanted - no overselling, good work, straight-forward business. I was expecting a bill that would break the bank. I couldn't believe how fair they were with their price. My house was older and apparently the cellar was built around a 275 gallon tank. I got several estimates and was told I would need to put a smaller tank in the cellar. Jim removed stair treads and planed a cellar beam to install a 275 gallon tank. His work is meticulous and his price is more than fair.
