The owners, staff and the technicians are amazing to work with. We hired them to upgrade our heating system and they gave us detailed information on all of the options for our home as well as their experience on what would be the best fit.Getting questions answered was easy. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the MassSave process.As for the installation itself, their team was incredibly thorough and helpful. The entire install was done in two days and we had heat at the end of day 1. And they were easy to talk to about the process. Can't recommend these folks enough for your heating and cooling needs.

We couldn't be more pleased with Caron Heating and Cooling. After a couple small mechanical issues with our original HVAC system (27 years old) we decided to stop nickel and diming it and get quotes for a whole new system. Caron was great from the start. They were the most competitive in pricing and by far the most knowledgeable with it came to the MassSave rebates and loans and qualifying equipment. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and always informative keeping us up to date through the entire process. The technician was very respectful and polite. He explained each step of what he was doing to make sure that understood. He was very thorough and discovered a small gas leak, in which he repaired very quickly. Excellent Service!!
