“I cannot say enough about my service man Brailin Severino. I am an 83year old hard of hearing women. He was patient, repeated many times, answers to the questions I had. He. Treated me with great respect and understanding. He stayed until the job was done.I hope all your workers are as responsible as Mr. Severino. You are very fortunate to have him as an employee. Although I hope I am not in the same situation ever again, I would like to have Mr Severino return as my repairman and friend.“

I know that when I call, my problem will be sorted as soon as possible whether my place is 50 degrees because the heat isn't working or when it's nearly 80 because the AC is malfunctioning. (both have happened)I highly recommend these guys!“

“Had loss of heating system on a Sunday morning. Most companies that claim to be 24/7 are full of bull and don’t respond on weekends. New England Gas actually answered the phone and had a tech at the house within an hour. Came up with a plan to repair first thing Monday am as brand specific part not available on Sundays. These folks know what customer service is and they now have a new customer ?“

“I only wish that I had “Been&Sullivan prior to today’s service!I have had three other local HVAC companies for service.I watched each worker service my furnace.Today Kevin arrived & I knew immediately that he was the “real deal”!Kevin was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, & he answered all of my questions in terms that I understood!What a wonderful young man!So patient & kind!I realized immediately that the other companies didn’t do half of the service that Kevin provided!One company said that I didn’t need a new filter, but I insisted & they put in the wrong one!Kevin did so many tests to check out my furnace & none of the other companies did any of these!I would highly recommend Kevin & “Breen & Sullivan” to all of my family & friends for sure!Thanks for a marvelous experience!!!!Diane DriscollGroveland, MAService: HVAC system maintenance“
