Anthony did a great job!! He was here on time and explained the issue and was able to inform me that I had a warranty and there would be no charge. The reason for 4 stars is due to the company and not Anthony. The company's phone system needs a little work.
Terrance came out on Friday to service our mini split units. As always he did a fantastic job. He annswered all of our questions and gave us some tips for using the remote. He is an outstanding technician. Unfortunately even though I am a member of the Whole Home Comfort Club it took a long time to get an appointment. I called and paid the fee for the club and made an appointment in April for May. They called in May and rescheduled the appointment for June. Then called in June and rescheduled the appointment for July. It is sad that a company with such awesome technicians has so many scheduling issues. The technician, Jaden, was friendly, efficient and on time. He explained everything he was doing for my HVAC service. I have the annual service plan and it's very affordable. I highly recommend NETR!
