This review is for an annual maintenance done in September 2025 for mini splits by Daniel Ruiz. He arrived on time, neat and very thorough. Made sure to wear booties inside the house and communicated well with us. He made sure everything was working perfectly and draining properly through our gutters. The one year old compressor had some insulation already splitting so he taped and secured it with some zip ties and took photos of the 12 year old compressors’ insulation that is disintegrating to get a quote to replace. Awaiting company to respond. Daniel is very experienced and highly recommend him.
I had NETR come out to look at my furnace and AC system, and Jesse, the technician, was excellent. He walked me through the system, explained safety concerns in detail (good news, I know about it), and made sure I fully understood what was going on (bad news I need to replace the heating system). He was calm, professional, and very trustworthy.
Partway through the visit, a salesperson arrived and stopped Jesse from finishing the diagnostic work he was doing. Despite that, Jesse stayed nearby and later came back to check in with me and make sure I felt comfortable with everything. That kind of initiative, honesty, and customer focus is rare.

Our service was excellent. He explained the problem and cleaned out our system. Then he explained options to keep it working well. He was very friendly and informative but did not push us. We recommend him.
