Very happy with the installation by two very friendly & professional young men. It was bitter cold and windy after a major snow storm and they carried on and even helped me clear off my car. Thank you Nelson!Only issue that cost a star was that the unit is so high up on my wall that access for cleaning vents will present a major challenge for us. This should have been addressed at the initial intake Was not made aware that this would need to be done every 3 months. Would have placed it an easier location. Hoping the quality of the HVAC experience offsets this disappointing aspect somewhat.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

We had a great experience working with N.E.T.R. for our mini-split system. From the first call to sales, to our assessment with Chet, to scheduling with Jimmy and setup of hardware and software with Daniel, Caleb, Cash and Sean, everyone was top notch. Installation was done in 1 1/2 days, I couldn't believe it! Also, they take care of getting the rebate for you so you don't have to deal with the paperwork. We would highly recommend N.E.T.R.
