“So we just got dealing with this company. Initially they were called out due to water leaking from our living room ceiling. We assumed it was a leaking pipe or something of that nature. After cutting into the ceiling and exposing a portion of the area above, we couldn’t see any pipes. This team were incredibly thorough in getting to the source of the problem. They checked all levels, ran tests on certain areas to see where it was rooted. The end result was actually a leak in the roofing sealant for the front porch that was seeping between the roof and the superficial ceiling. These two were great at handling our landlord and providing advice regarding potential mold remediation, helping find contacts that work with roofing, etc. I was even left with a dripping pipe after another plumber had come over earlier in the day and left with the advice of “just put a bucket under it”. When I called to see if they had any tips, they pointed me in the right direction without having to even come back. I was able to fix the issue myself and am incredibly appreciative both of their work yesterday, and their willingness to help with a follow up call. Great team, highly recommend!”
