“I called Swampscott Refrigeration to inspect my older unit (we have two, one per each floor of our home) as it was blowing cool air, but it wasn't cold. They sent Scott the technician out. He did a great job identifying and resolving the issue - adding freon to the system and tidying up the compressor while he was working on it. I will likely go back to Swampscott Refrigeration when this unit is ready for replacement. Nice job Swampscott Refrigeration and Scott! I really appreciate your service!“

“I contacted David over yelp and explained the issue we were facing with a furnace inducer motor-. David was very responsive and helped troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone. The repair was not urgent so he worked with me to order a part from a supply store as it way much cheaper than the local supplier. Once the part was delivered he installed it and work was completed timely. I had requested a quote from Sila and they were significantly higher. Overall highly recommend them and will use them again for any future heating and cooling system repair work.“

While the part we need is unavailable (weekend) Chris said he could pick it up first thing on Monday and come by to install/fix our system. (It helps that we are in the same town where he gets that component.) Yes, we're sweating it out until Monday, but we are so pleased with Silva Heating & Cooling's quick response.“
