The first scoped out the job to be done (which was key in this case as I incorrectly thought my toilet had a 12 inch rough in when it was actually 10 inch) and the second did the actual toilet replacement. “My drive way has an incline and freezes. With last weeks freezing rain , it was bad. Of course it was frigid out and oil was low.
The delivery guy tried several times to get all the way up. Intake is on the opposite side of the house, to no avail. So he parked and blocked it and pulled the hose all the way back, in the snow, to make that delivery. Can't say enough!!
