Had loss of heating system on a Sunday morning. Most companies that claim to be 24/7 are full of bull and don’t respond on weekends. New England Gas actually answered the phone and had a tech at the house within an hour. Came up with a plan to repair first thing Monday am as brand specific part not available on Sundays. These folks know what customer service is and they now have a new customer ?
I called on New England Gas Systems to troubleshoot and repair a faulty propane pool heater. The heater would not ignite, and I had exhausted all my troubleshooting attempts and skills. NEGS set a visit date for just a few days following my call. On the day of the visit, Zach, the technician, called ahead to let me know his ETA. Once on site, Zach immediately went to work, quickly, efficiently and methodically working through a number of potential causes for the malfunction. I recently used New England for the third time over the past several years in relation to a tankless hot water heater, as they are an authorized dealer for the brand we have.
