I had Reese Bernard as my plumber from Spencer. Had an issue with a clogged toliet and concerns of a broken shut off valve. Their dispatch was polite and helpful and Reese did a great job explaining his process and handling the issue with great professionalism. If we have any further issues, this is who we will call.
Couldn’t be happier with Peter, Steven, and the team at Spencer. My elderly mother’s ranch home in Danvers had a water main break and it was a disaster. The town came out first. Then we called Spencer. Peter and Steven came out right away to diagnose and work up a plan. Then Steven and his crew came out to make the repairs. All of this was done in a timely fashion. They were incredibly responsive, respectful and professional. Most importantly, they are very good at what they do and found and fixed the leaks. Five stars.
I would like to say how pleased we are with service performed by Reece and accomplice a couple weeks ago. In less than 5 minutes they found the problem and fixed it. Not only were they knowledgeable, but friendly as well and answered all questions. Great service!
