I called Swampscott Refrigeration to inspect my older unit (we have two, one per each floor of our home) as it was blowing cool air, but it wasn't cold. They sent Scott the technician out. He did a great job identifying and resolving the issue - adding freon to the system and tidying up the compressor while he was working on it. I will likely go back to Swampscott Refrigeration when this unit is ready for replacement. Nice job Swampscott Refrigeration and Scott! I really appreciate your service!
