“Pete is so positive, like a breath of fresh air. He was prepared with my furnace history and told me exactly what he was going to do. Gave me advice on my hot water heater and also advice on how to drain my dehumidifier without great expense even showing me the product to purchase at Home Depot. He is a credit to Waldman...great personality, honest, thorough and very skilled at his profession.”
“Jim Carone is probably one of the nicest guys I ever ever met.
Our airconditioning failed on one of the hotest days of the year.
While the office was closed the call was routed to Jim who understanding our situation came right over. That level of service, when service has become an afterthought, needs to be recognized.
Jim. thank you, you are a tribute to the company that bears your name.

“I’m up here from Florida staying with my parents for a week.. They had an issue with water leaking and a stuck shower faucet. They contacted a plumber that my mother was referred to by a person she works with.. The plumber came, said he fixed it. Well, it was still broken. The plumber came back the following day, said he fixed it but, actually made it worse. The plumber got payed, cashed the check and when she called them back he wouldn’t come back and tried to blame it on my my parents.. Luckly Paul used to do work for my mother years ago when she owned a salon in Lynn. She called him, he was at the house within an hour, saw the issue, called the other plumber (whom we won’t name) and spoke to him. Let’s say that Paul is VERY respected in this industry.. Let’s also say that as of an hour ago, my parents issue was fixed because of Paul’s call to this other plumber we won’t name. The other plumber got here quick because of what Paul said.. So, we’ll leave it at that. I just want to say thank you, if you did do what you did for my parents they would be out 800 bucks with a busted shower. I appreciate you. If you need an experienced plumber and just an all around good person to hire for a job at your house call Paul. Thanks again for what you did, I can go back to Florida knowing that they are all set.”
