I found him to be very friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even gave my dog a treat! There were a few things to discuss, so he called the field supervisor, Nick LaPusata, who was also very professional and explained in detail what was needed. He diagnosed the problem and informed us the it would take one to three days to arrive. The office kept us updated and three days later the office called and told us the part was in and could come the next day to install it. The tech showed up on time installed the part and made sure it worked properly.
