We had a scheduled appointment at 8:00 this morning with Essex County Craftsmen and Cheyenne from Essex County was right on time. Cheyenne was extremely pleasant, efficient, and courteous. I would highly recommend!!

Our 20 year old furnace heat exchanger cracked and we had a gas leak and red tag from National Grid. Essex County Craftsmen came onsite the same day to discuss options and we had a new furnace installed the following morning. They even patched up some of the vulnerabilities in our duct work to maximize efficiency. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad, Sandra and their team for anyone who needs emergency help in a hurry!
