“Ronaldo and Tony were extremely helpful. They answered the phone when I called at 4PM. They were at my house fixing a wobbly toilet that's been bugging me for years. They figured out the problem immediately, found a creative way to secure the flange without the normal plywood underneath it, and charged a very reasonable amount. They were professional, careful not to damage my home while they were there, and they even cleaned up the bathroom after their work. They could not have been more efficient, caring, and cost effective. I would highly recommend this company!“
“Every time I have called Rich for any plumbing issues, he has picked up the phone on the first call.Last year was the first time I have had to call around to find a plumber for a heating issue. Between other plumbers not picking up their phones or just not showing up, it is refreshing to find a plumber who cares and picks up on the first ring.I was able to facetime with Rich so that he could see what was wrong with the piping in my heating system (they were corroding).Rich easily deserves 5 stars for being professional and responsive.Thank you for always answering my call for help.
