Dave:I just wanted to send a note of thanks to you and especially about Chris, who over the past two days identified our heating issue, ordered the part and came back yesterday afternoon to install so my family and I could have heat again.As I am out of town on business this week, my wife had to handle the back and forth in my absence and reported that Chris was excellent and a pleasure to deal with.
