Framingham Animal Hospital is a trusted and compassionate veterinary care provider. The team, led by Dr. Rabaut, is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, offering exceptional care and love for animals. The staff, including the front desk team, are helpful and understanding, providing personalized attention and affordable solutions. They understand how much pets mean to their owners and take the time to answer questions and listen to concerns. Even though the hospital can get busy and waiting times may be longer, the staff always shows patience, kindness, and care. They go above and beyond to make animals feel comfortable, as shown when they help pets like Chloe, a Labradoodle, feel at ease during visits. The team has also shown remarkable empathy, sending sympathy cards after the passing of a pet. Overall, Framingham Animal Hospital remains a reliable, caring, and highly recommended choice for pet owners seeking quality veterinary care.
Dr. C, Dr. Rabaut, Dr. Brady, and Dr. Pocher have been an exceptional support system for Rascal since we brought him home as a puppy. They’ve been there every step of the way, providing guidance and care. They’ve handled all his medical needs, from neutering and vaccinations to removing a growth. As new dog owners, we’ve had numerous questions, and they’ve always been more than willing to help. Their front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful, even amidst the daily influx of questions and calls. A special thank you to Brandon from the front desk! Their prices are also quite reasonable, but as pet owners, I highly recommend getting an insurance plan for emergencies.

We are so thankful that Dr C and the staff at FAH took excellent care of our rottie girl throughout her whole life. Winnie lived life to the fullest which meant frequent visits to FAH — 2 knee surgeries/recoveries, several incidents requiring stitches, suspicious lump removal, and more. Every doctor we encountered was caring and always took time to explain the diagnosis and our options, including any anticipated costs. When we got terrible news after an emergency vet visit and had to make the impossible decision to help Winnie across the rainbow bridge, Dr C and staff were extremely compassionate and truly went above and beyond.

I never post reviews but I just want to applaud FAH. Every single tech, CEC, and doctor here is truly incredible. They’re so welcoming, and so amazing with my dog Tucker who is a diabolical menace at the vet. They always know how to handle him properly while also being understanding of him. Tucker has been having some neurological issues the past month which has been so stressful and I want to seriously shout them out for being so amazing. I want to especially give kudos to Dr.C who took the time to really see and hear us. Having a very sick animal is so stressful, and you always think you’ll know how you’re going to react until it happens to you. So seriously FAH… read full review
