Pheasant Hill initially was contracted by us a few years ago to restore our front lawn, which was in very sad shape. They did an excellent job, and we subsequently retained them for annual maintenance. Recently (May 2023), however, when we asked them to help us redesign a portion of our back yard, they hesitated but then finally provided a proposal, which we accepted. Less than a week later, without explanation, we were contacted and told they would not be doing the job and our annual lawn service would be discontinued. Despite several attempts, no further communication or explanation was provided. We don't know if the business is now defunct or if they simply decided they no longer wanted our business. We would have been ok with any reasonable explanation, but the lack of communication is highly unprofessional and frustrating as we now need to find an alternative service provider mid-way through the lawncare season. Contract this company at your own risk.

These guys were recommendation from a local tree service. Dean came in and turned my front yard into an estate. The design concept is stunning (we get compliments from people walking by on the sidewalk). The prices are very fair, he's prompt and friendly. I've lived in my house for 22 years and have had a number of services come in. This is one of the best.
