We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. Dave Regan is a pro. He is a real human being. Will rework his schedule if you have a legit emergency and his rates are competitive. For the review that complained that he had to pay when the source of the leak was the ceiling, time is money. Your attorney would charge you for his time and plumbers have to do the same. Plus if he identified the source of the leak, that made it possible to get the right person to do the work rather than some unscrupulous plumber fiddling around and the problem is not solved. I am a satisfied customer of Regan Plumbing and recommend him unequivocally.
