I talked to Sara about how I was afraid and she helped me do a test strand to see what will work with my hair better. I finally ended up dyeing it with her. After the process I can confidently say my hair looks amazing and the dye did not damage my hair at all. Lindsey, one of the other stylists working that morning, called to let me know what happened and tried to reschedule me for later that day, but I wasn't available. She then called me back and said that she and her manager felt so bad about the situation that they wanted to offer me an additional discount if I came back another day. I honestly probably would have booked somewhere else, but that second phone call and the genuine care they showed really impressed me. It was some of the best customer service I've experienced.<br><br>I ended up seeing Kendra for my Cezanne treatment, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, incredibly talented, and I love the results. The entire team went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be back!”

“I visited the room for the first time recently! I moved to Marlbrough a few months ago but honestly ive been looking for a new stylist for years. Liv met me at the door and welcomed me in. We discussed what I was looking to do and she was able to bring me from bright blonde highlights back to natural brown in one process. She also gave me a great haircut with layers as my hair is very thick. Liv was sociable and warm and the salon was clean and bright. Liv doesn't work with an assistant and doesn't double book herself. Looking forward to many more visits to the room!”
