Other plumbers wouldn't even go near the issue. Larry arrived and said "No Problem!" He had the issue fixed in a few hours, diagnosed the initial cause and showed us where the job had been done improperly (by a different plumber).After having our water main explode and our basement fill with water, Larry's upbeat attitude, efficient work, and absolute professionalism was a huge relief.

I have a French drain with 2 sump pumps in our basement. The last rain storm triggered the pumps, and one wasn’t pumping at all, the other had issues.Joanna was fantastic! She got me set up with an account, and scheduled an appointment same day. The technician was beyond awesome. 7 pm on a Thursday night, he went back to the office to get the proper equipment, and made sure things were done well. He had pride in his work, and it showed.Today, it’s raining again, and my basement is dry, system working well, thanks to Paul Flaherty Plumbing and Heating.
