The staff is professional, kind, and attentive. Guests find excellent value, noting that the services feel like the perfect amount of time for the price. Visitors love the steam room, compression leg sleeves, and the salt cave, which is described as peaceful and almost meditative. The cold plunge is an invigorating boost. Whether going with a friend, a partner, or alone, this place creates an experience. First-time spa-goers felt at ease and enjoyed their visit. The beautiful, clean facilities and knowledgeable staff make it a place guests will recommend to friends and family. People leave feeling refreshed, not rushed, and are already planning their next visit.
Fantastic day pass at Modern Wellness! We used all services and loved them. All rooms and sauna/spa areas were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly but gave us space to relax. Well done returning!

Modern Wellness is such a great boost to the mind and body, whether you have a lot of time to dedicate or just a short stint. The repurposed mill space is a wonderful vibe, the equipment is new and well maintained, and the entire space is spotlessly cleaned. The staff took great care of us, made sure to target our personalized goals, and answered all our questions. We already know and love contrast therapy (especially the hot part!), but the (leg) compression therapy was a very pleasant surprise (don’t skip it!).
