We bought an antique home in MA that had old knob and tube wiring, we had AC installed, plus an new kitchen install. Tim did an AWESOME job doing all three installations and was very patient and kind despite my rookie general contracting mis-management. He's very honest and trustworthy - we had given him access to a key that we trusted him to use and gain access to the house while we were either away our out. We plan on having him do future work at the house as well because when you find a good contractor, you keep their number. ;)
Tim was excellent from the moment he answered the phone to the last moment of the job. He is very professional, detail oriented, and a super kind person. He is on my speed dial for any electrician jobs going forward. Thank you Tim for excellent work!
We just recently had mini splits installed at our home and we got referred to contact Timothy Chapman for electric work. Tim even asked us for the mini splits specs so he could make sure we are upgrading accordingly. We received various quotes from other electrical contractors but they didn't even look into what system we were looking to install so whatever changes wouldn't have been appropriate to accommodate the new need for electrical power. His work was excellent and neat. The entire process from the beginning to the end went well. Pricing was VERY, VERY competitive. Tim was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him for electrical work.
