Michael responded very quickly and was at my house hours after my initial inquiry. He walked the property with me asking important questions and provided a quote on the spot then quickly followed up with an email so I would have a written proposal. He noticed our Hydrangeas were not flowering so asked his nursery specialist for advice and forwarded me a suggestion for added fertilizer aimed at helping the plants. This was all BEFORE I had awarded him the job!! His proposal was in line with one other but he got the job. The team at Metro West did an amazing job on our front yard. Pulled out all of our old bushes, relocated one grass and planted beautiful new flowers, including hydrangeas. New mulch everywhere made it look so fresh and neat. They were fast, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
