He carefully examined all the outside areas for a possible entry point and sealed one related to a wire. “We've had an excellent experience with APC!I'm very impressed with their 6 month retreat policy which they have honored, no questions asked, 4 times!Though they have come back, the treatments we received for carpenter ants have been very effective. After two rounds of treatment (which they told us to expect) the ants pretty much disappeared!A month or so later we saw one ant (compared to a few per day before). We called and they came out the next day to re-up our treatment.Then while remodeling I found an old nest, though no ants. APC sent out a technician the next business day to spray it just to be safe!And then when I spaced out the appointment time and forgot to be home, completely my fault, they came back again to make sure the job was done!I was honestly expecting to get some kind of charge for the second visit as I wasted their time with a missed appt, but nope, there was no mention of a fee, nothing but kindness and helpfulness!“
