“I’ve been following Nurse Ariany on Instagram for years, along with many other nurse injectors, and I always knew that if I ever decided to get injectables, Nurse Ariany would be the ONLY person I would trust with my face!
Since I live over 2 hours away from Concept Medspa, I started with a virtual consultation. From the very beginning, Nurse Ariany took her time answering every single question and concern I had. She explained facial balancing in detail, listened to what bothered me about my side profile, and helped me understand what would work best for my facial features.
My side profile has always been one of my biggest insecurities, so I finally decided to gift myself something I had wanted for years!
Yesterday, I drove over 2 hours to Concept Medspa for my very first injectable treatment. I was SO nervous! But the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right decision. Nurse Ariany made me feel incredibly comfortable, safe, and heard throughout the entire experience.
What I appreciated most was that even though we had already done a virtual consultation, she still took the time to go over everything again in person to make sure we were completely on the same page. She never made me feel rushed or pressured.
She created a personalized facial balancing plan for me and divided my treatments into two sessions. Yesterday, we started with chin filler, and I AM ALREADY IN LOVE WITH MY RESULTS!! Next month, I’ll be returning for lip filler to complete my side profile, and I seriously cannot wait!
What truly sets Nurse Ariany apart is her bedside manner. She genuinely cares about you as a person, not just another appointment on her schedule. She is patient, knowledgeable, gentle, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. She even checks in on you after your treatment, which makes such a difference. You truly feel cared for even after leaving her office.
Concept Medspa also has AMAZING customer service! The space is beautiful, extremely clean, smells wonderful, is easy to find, and has plenty of parking.
Driving over 2 hours was absolutely worth it, and I would do it again without hesitation. I can confidently say that Nurse Ariany is worth every mile!
If you’re considering injectables, especially if it’s your first time, I cannot recommend Nurse Ariany enough. She exceeded every expectation I had, and I’m so grateful I trusted her with my face.
