“I have been attending Common Ground Yoga since it’s beginning. It is a wonderful, warm space with excellent teachers and variety of classes. It is excellent for all ages, children to seniors, and it is my well-being reset space in Framingham. Much gratitude to Erica and her team, who always show up with warm and holding energy.“

“COVID-19 has definitely impacted the therapeutic massage schedule that is needed for ideal wellness. The Gentle Place is open now (yay!)! I've always been 100% confident with the safe standards Donna and her team use. Now they've implemented precautions specific for SARS-CoV-2 and actually go above and beyond these for safety. The "extra steps" don't impact the therapy of massage and give me peace of mind during this challenging time. Always setting the standard!THANK YOU GENTLE PLACE!!!“

“Interesting. The building is in renovation, so the creep factor is high. Once you overcome the horror of the building and walk into the well equipped (but small) studio, you are fine. It's a franchise and each location has its quirks. If you have never done reformer pilates - TAKE YOUR TIME. It can be intimidating. Once I got myself into the studio, it was an interesting experience from there. Expect everyone to be delicately lean and know what they are doing (to a fault) when it comes to pilates. Other skills... well, we all are different. As a latino, I felt odd. As a 12 year zumba instructor, a lot of the mechanics were second nature to me, albeit the instructor for the day tried a "little too hard. Kudos for keeping safety at the forefront. It's not cheap, so if you are looking for price, this isn't the place for you. Given the drive and off of Route 9 (MY NEMESIS), I have some considerations. But I'd like to at least try the 4 pack one on one training sessions to get into the groove and see if this is something I can commit to longer term. As with any other program - work your way into it, unless you are one of the young superfreaks of nature (me, 35 years ago!). Pilates can be a gentle and effective way to strengthen, tone and lengthen, improving posture, balance and overall functional fitness activities (aka life in general). I have mixed feelings but I wasn't totally put off (chime in here F45 Wakeforest, NC area...). It's a logistics thing. If you are mainstream, middle income - you'll find yourself a great place to take your fitness to a new challenged.“

“Mystic Fitness studio is such a beautiful welcoming place. Amy has curated a warm and inviting community for yogis of all levels. I was just starting my yoga journey when I found Mystic. Through regular practice there, my practice grew and evolved. Yoga is now an integral part of my self care and I credit a big part of that to Amy and all the teachers at Mystic. Mystic will provide a good work out but will also feed your soul. I unfortunately do not live in the area anymore but I think about my Mystic family often! Cannot recommend this studio enough.“
