“Had a great experience with Pro Comfort Control. Mike came out promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue with our boiler that was preventing the baseboard heat from working, and got everything fixed efficiently. He was knowledgeable, professional, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Mike and Pro Comfort Control for heating and boiler repairs!”
“Tel arrived on the scheduled appointment time, with a smile, a company shirt & company car. He was very professional and, after exchanging light chat, expeditiously engaged in our hvac problem and subsequent room-by-room analysis. His review was explained to us (my wife and I) along with his top 3 recommended equipment solutions. I also requested a couple of tweaks, which Tel quickly analyzed. A very good visit!”
“Shahood Plumbing provided exceptional service during a stressful emergency. Amanda answered the phone and was incredibly kind and calming after one of my pipes burst the night before. She sent Quintin, who was polite, professional, and walked me through the repair process. He provided a quote before beginning the work, and once the repair was complete, he explained everything again. The final bill was even lower than the original quote, which was amazing, and it included a clear itemization of all parts and labor. Quintin also cleaned up afterward. Thank you, Shahood Plumbing, for helping restore water to my family and me!”
