“We were without heat and called for help. within a day one of the guys came and found our furnace in need of repair. One part needed to be ordered and the only distributer had a two week back order.Lo and behold, two weeks go by we called to see if the part was in only to find out the distributor had another 4 to 6 weeks. we decided to just get a new furnace and John went above and beyond to help us out in a very short period of time to get a new furnace and heat back in at home. “After a failed shower valve caused extensive water damage in our house, Chase Plumbing was an amazing resource and superb in helping remediate. They willingly worked closely with my insurance company, kept everyone informed, and accommodated other schedules more than they should have been asked to. It made a stressful situation much easier. We had to turn off the water to the house and needed someone to come out and help ASAP. We called Karl that day and he rearranged his Saturday so he could come over and help us out. I refer them when I can and what I love is their honest approach and availability. They service my furnace every fall and they are there when we need them. “Back in June, UIC replaced our heating and cooling system with a new Heat pump system and a backup gas burner. Eric and Caleb who did the work were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They treated my house like their own, and did a great job. Wayne who was the project manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. He found a few places where the original system and ducts were not installed properly and suggested ways to fix them. He also patiently answered all my questions along the way.We had one issue with the wiring of the new thermostat a month later. UIC sent a technician quickly and resolved the issue. The system has been working great, and we are very satisfied with the product and their installation.Finally, the office was very helpful to get us the rebate. Thank you!“
