“We had our septic tank pumped for the first time since moving into our home. Paul was our technician and from the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly. professional and informative. He explained to us where our tank was and why we had a nearby pump chamber. He explained what to do if our septic alarm ever went off and how to keep a healthy tank between pumps. We have two young children so he also explained how often we should pump our tank as they get older. Overall it was a great, educational experience. It well exceeded our expectations. We were glad we were home and able to take advantage of the knowledge he was willing to share.“
