“Matt has done plumbing work a handful of times for us and he's fantastic. On multiple occasions he's had me troubleshoot the problem myself and some of those times I was able to resolve it without having to have him come out or pay him a dime. He responds to photos of the problem area sent over text. Other times it has helped narrow down the problem so he knows what he's dealing with in advance of showing up which helps him arrive prepared with the necessary parts and gets him in and out quicker. He has responded to calls on holidays and come out after-hours, warning us in advance that he'll bill at his emergency rate. I hope to not have many plumbing problems, but when they inevitably arise, I'm calling Matt.“
