The technician was knowledgeable and discovered our heater was under warranty but hadn't been registered. He registered our heater and then had the replacement part shipped to our home.

For the past 3 years I've had all different vendors come out to my place to try to figure out why my A/C heats up my place if I set the thermostat below 70 degrees. Everyone passed it off as that's just how the system was set and moved on. Finally it was too hot in my place that I contacted MinuteMan plumbing, he spent 3 hours looking into every aspect of the system. He left without solving it, but continued researching the issue after he left. He came back a following day a fixed it. He stayed extra time to make sure it was actually working. “Our sewer line inspection unfortunately indicated some issues.
128 PHCE clearly indicated the work that would be required and the pricing. The crew of Steven, Rich, Christian, and Charlie were one of the most knowledgeable and professional trades crews that I have dealt with. Work ethics were outstanding. Work was completed on time with minimal interference to our household. They even graded, removed stones and reseeded the area that was disturbed in our lawn. Who does that!

“Well let me just say the have a NEW LOYAL CUSTOMER. Most recently one of the tenants that I had complained about a clog thier bathroom sink. I called the company that we have used forever. They sent thier guy who couldnt unclog the drain because he said the pipes were old and I would need to cut open the wall and have a plumber service the clog. The plumber came and looked and told me that it is an old T line connection and that the pipe is in good standing and they need to come back and unclog it. I then called the old company on saturday about it which the woman in the office was so incredible rude to me that I told her to send me my final invoices and I would pay them. She told me that I didn't know what I was talking about.... We have owned the building over fifty years and my family was in construction. I called my plumber Paul and he told me to call Drains by James..... So I Did!!!!!! I couldn't have been more happy! Kyle showed up who got it done in 10 mins and guess what he used to work for that other company and new the building well. I am so happy for Drains by James and KYLE they have a new customer..... Because there was a lot of old build-up in the pipes, it took a long time to fix, but they kept at it and now it's like new. I really appreciated Jared's hard work and would definitely hire Chevron again.“
