Frank did a great job fixing our heating issue today. He is thorough, competent, and professional but friendly. He gave us good advice about our problem but about other plumbing issues as well. The price for the work was reasonable. I would hire Frank and Baker Elman again.

They were so great as always. No surprises. Prompt, super efficient & communicative. All expectations were met and they explained everything to me in advance. The plumber that handled my install was very nice and respectful of my home. We’re so happy to have found this company for all our plumbing needs!

Michael did a great job installing a new Kohler toilet in our guest bathroom. He removed the old one and removed it, and cleaned up once the job was finished. He was a good listener when we asked him plumbing questions. Very polite and nice presence in our home.
