I was very happy with the customer service and the technician Gabe who assessed my electric heat pump. He was informative, helpful and accommodating. I also appreciate the price I called about was the price I ended up paying. Thank you for making this first time experience very smooth and efficient. A few months ago i had to replace the compressor in my air conditioning. Manuel was very professional and very nice. A few weeks later my air conditioner stopped working again and the mother board went bad. Long story short, the new compressor was faulty and shorted out a lot of other parts. While I waited for new parts they brought me 2 brand new window ACs to use as it was during the very hot weather. Everything was finally fixed and now is working great. Manuel and the company were very responsive and i recommend them highly.Services: A/C system maintenance

We had an error code on our Navien hot water system and Rick was so helpful about walking us through our options. He was able to replace a needed part and get our system up and working within a few hours.
