“Great job repairing a toilet for my elderly parents (tank filled slowly; ballcock was replaced). Charged by the hour, reasonable price, no BS. Responsive - would have come the same day but I could not accommodate so they came the day afterward. Also did a minor faucet repair. Good value for money. Recommend!”
“Calling to schedule an appointment was a breeze! Had issues with my tankless water heater on Saturday. Sam came out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the issue. Sam and the crew were super friendly and respectful. There were no hidden costs; Sam told me the prices before performing any work to ensure I was okay with it.
My water heater was 13 years old so it was time for a replacement. Sam got me an estimate within an hour. Greg was quick and responsive to my questions throughout the day. If you need a fast emergency installation, they could schedule you in within the week.”
“The service technician was thorough and friendly. I appreciate the time he took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly.”
