He explained everything and answered all of my questions prior to our agreement for the scope of work. I highly recommend Southern Air and Blake for any air-conditioning needs. They also offer plumbing and electrical services under their annual service contract. I have not used either of these services yet. My hope is that they are just as thorough as Blake is on the HVAC side.“

“Highly recommend!I had an issue with a flickering light fixture and called another electrician who told me I needed to buy another light fixture. He charged me $175.00 for a service call. I called SouthernAir and Eric R. came out and told me I needed to get a light kit for the LED light. The LED light I had had a microchip that probably shorted out during one of our many power surges. Eric asked to see my electric panel and he showed me that it had significant corrosion. This made sense because I had water damage on that outside wall several years ago due to Hurricane Ida. He suggested I replace the panel, which was around 50 years old. The larger panel didn’t fit so Eric was supposed to come out to fix the issue. The day he was supposed to arrive I got a phone call telling me he had called in sick, so they sent someone else out. His name was Dave I. and he was amazing too. He made sure everything was okay and answered all of my questions. Very honest, high-quality work and great guys.“
