General AC and Heating has always been there for us!! 3 times in 10 years my ac went down and they always got it fixed 2 times in the middle of summer heat the coil went out and fortunately the mfg warranty covered the cost and when the new one arrived they installed it in one day. Which kept my wife happy and cool. 2 times every year they do a maintenance check and found issues during those checks and spent the time to figure out what was wrong and got it fixed.
