Was pleasantly surprised to receive next day service. My a/c was running in fits and starts; never quite cooling the house. The problem was investigated followed by a proposed solution. The same day a technician made the repair and offered guidance to properly maintain the system. The next day, Mr. Marin called to check whether all was properly functioning. He did not broach payment making it seem that his primary concern was our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
